This has been released and updated over the years. The Monsters Among Us Volumes by Michael Pierce have become the standard of the industry. Lots of pics of magazines in B&W and Color. I do not have the Michael Pierce books because I try not to collect mags since I collect books.

Desc-Here they are....for those of you growing up in the late 1970's early 1980's you could not walk into a library and not see these fantastic orange monster movie books. Yes, they are juvenile but they are the best of their kind and the first of their kind. These are short adaptations of the classic monster movie films. In some cases they would also discuss the various sequels and spinoffs. Due to copyright agreement with Universal Studios, they were only available to libraries. They are all out of print now. The first run of 6 books also came PB with cassette tapes. The versions without any library markings are MUCH more rare. You almost always see the libary discards on Amazon and eBay but almost NEVER see the mint out of the box types due to the licensing nature of these volumes. Prices go way up for non-library copies. For Dracula I have a library and a non-libary version. Ironically many of my copies are discards from my own school library!B&W pics HB/No DJ as issued
