Desc-I once made a comment on this book in a horror movie book newsgroup. By just mentioning that this book was "interesting" I was politely yet firmly told this book has no good factual info or any credibility what so ever. By saying this was "interesting" I did not say how correct the info in this book was.... all I said was it was interesting. No one I have spoken to stands behinds this book but for a completist I own it--took years to find as it is out of print and just is not easy to find at all. I would recommend using a inter-library loan if you are that curious. Not nearly as complete or readable as many of the other Lugosi books mentioned in this checklist. Desc-Part of the Magic Image Film Script series. This series of books is the first of its kind in that it includes background on the film, a reproduction of the shooting script and pressbook. Some volumes are much more extensive than others. Many of the editions also came in a HB/DJ edition with signatures from many of the people associated with the book and or the film discussed. These editions are extremely rare. Most of the editions have also gone out of print but they turn up here and there. The Mummy for example went out of print and was very hard to get. The trade paperbacks are the only way to get this series on any kind of budget. All have B&W pics.

Desc-Super rare book based upon the Bride of Frankenstein. This is the Readers Library copy with a nice laser reproduction jacket. Hard to get in any condition! No pictures. I did not get the page number due to not wanting to open this book. Nice illustration of Karloff/Lancaster on the cover! The Queensway Press version is even harder to get. I have never seen the cover for this edition but am told it has a gorgeous portrait of Elsa Lancaster on its cover. Super hard to find! HB/DJ (repro)
